What ingredients do you use?
All our wax melts are meticulously crafted using 100% soy wax, chosen for its natural, eco-friendly properties and clean burn. Depending on the fragrance and design, we use either pillar wax or container wax to ensure the perfect consistency for holding and releasing scents. Each melt is designed to provide a rich, long-lasting aroma that enhances any space.
Our candles are thoughtfully created with a premium coconut-soy blend, offering a smooth, clean burn and excellent scent throw. This luxurious combination not only enhances the fragrance experience but also ensures sustainability and a toxin-free product you can feel good about using in your home.
Fragrances and Allergies?
Our fragrance oils contain a complex blend of natural and synthetic ingredients, with many formulations incorporating essential oils. While we prioritize quality and transparency, we do not claim that our fragrances are entirely natural.
To ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers, all ingredients used in our products are clearly listed in the product descriptions. If you have any known allergies to specific ingredients, we recommend selecting an alternative product that aligns with your needs. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities.
Do your candles produce soot?
Our coconut-soy blend is designed to produce minimal soot when used properly. Be sure to trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn, avoid burning in drafty areas, and extinguish flame after 4 hours of use.
Return Policy?
At Aroma Nova Melts, all of our products are handmade with care and attention to detail, making each item unique. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are here to help if any issues arise.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, we are happy to replace the damaged items at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
Unsatisfied with a Scent?
We understand that scent preferences are personal. If you’re not satisfied with the fragrance of your item, we offer store credit that can be used toward a different product of your choice. To be eligible you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Incorrect Item or Human Error:
If we’ve made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the oversight. In such cases, we offer a full refund or the option to receive the correct item at no additional charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the incorrect item to arrange the resolution.
